Year 3 had a great time on science day. They learned about the important work botanists do investigating plants and how this information is then used in many different ways. They then become botanists themselves; dissecting a flower head to identify its different parts,  conducting an investigation into water transportation and designing and creating their own seed. The Year 3 classes then had a competition to see which seed travelled the furthest. Well done Year 3 for all your hard work.
