Year 2 have been learning about the artist David Field, who created Paddington sculptures. The children have enjoyed making their own Paddington sculptures, using clay and sculpting tools.
The children have thoroughly enjoyed our Global Goals week topic 'Scrumptiously Sustainable'. The children have been learning about sustainable fruits and vegetables and even took a trip to the Community Garden!

In preparation for learning a new addition method, Year 2 are recapping their partitioning skills with numbers to 10. Later this week, the children will be learning the 'jelly bean method' to add numbers that bridge across 10.
