    The children at Stopsley have been taking part in a week long TT Rockstars national competition. The top three children in each class received a certificate and a pencil! Well done to all the children who competed. Remember to keep practising your times tables!

    Exciting changes to our reading area!

    Our fantastic TA in Kandinsky class, Mrs Catlin, has made Kandinsky's treehouse relevant to reading with some beautiful illustrations and quotes from our favourite story characters! The children in Year 2 are already enjoying spending time reading stories in the treehouse!

    Black History Month

    As part of our learning on Black History the children in Year 2 learnt about Harriet Tubman. They watched a video about her life, made a timeline of the key events in her life and retold her story in their own words. The children's stories were written up neatly and made into a book.
