The school uses ParentMail for all payments and communication with parents. We contact parents using email and text message via their ParentMail account and parents use this system to pay for all trips, workshops, clubs(including FLAG) and milk. It is only school meals where Tucasi is used rather than ParentMail. We also use ParentMail for booking Parents Evening appointments and for giving consent for your child to attend a school trip or join a before-school or after-school club.

Activating a ParentMail account is quick and easy to do as we set it all up for you when your child starts at the school. All you need to do is make sure that we have your most up-to-date email address and mobile phone number, and just activate your account when you get the notification to do so.

Parents can also download the ParentMail app and use the features on this. If you have a smartphone, please download ParentMail from your app store (Android and iPhone). The App shows the same information as the website but is more easily accesible when parents are out and about.
