The school uses Arbor for all payments and communication with parents. We contact parents using email via their Arbor account and parents use this system to pay for all trips, workshops, clubs (including FLAG Club), school meals and milk. We also use Arbor for booking Parents Evening appointments and for giving consent for your child to attend a school trip or join a before-school or after-school club.
Activating an Arbor account is quick and easy to do as we set it all up for you when your child starts at the school. All you need to do is make sure that we have your most up-to-date email address and mobile phone number, and just activate your account when you get the notification to do so.
Parents can also download the Arbor app and use the features on this. If you have a smartphone, please download Arbor from your app store (Android and iPhone). The App shows the same information as the website but is more easily accessible when parents are out and about.
