Murray class were learning about the devastation caused by the Australian bush fires and wanted to do a sponsored event to help the wildlife whose habitats were destroyed.
10 laps around the playground was the least we could do to help our fellow friends in need of hope. The bush fires are spreading and this is why we wanted to lend a helping hand-or paw. All of the other classes in school wanted to join in with us to help this great cause and on 31st January the event took place. We know we have already raised around £600 with more money coming into school this week. The charity we chose to send our money to is Wires.
